This project encompasses a $14 million hotel complex in Fanning Springs. The main structure is a five-story building with approximately 63,000 square feet of livable space and 92 guest rooms. The complex is still under construction.

SRI was responsible for the complete structural modeling, analysis, and design of the main structure. It is a multi-faceted design encompassing reinforced concrete, steel, composite deck, and light gauge construction. SRI also performed special inspections and quality control inspections for the project.
