The Chalfonte condominium is composed of two 21-story residential buildings, with a total of 378 units.

The scope of work for this project involved repair of the opening structures of 1,092 windows, including reconstruction of window sills and headers, replacement of all exterior caulking, maintenance of the windows, and in-situ water tests to ensure all windows are watertight.

SRI was responsible for engineering, project management, and quality control on this project. Our services included preparing plans and specifications, managing the bidding process, overseeing the project budget, tracking the project schedule, conducting progress meetings, performing special inspections, and providing inspection reports for the local building department.
