Location: South Florida

Experience: 5-7 years minimum

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL. Candidates must be comfortable managing projects from inception through design to construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong body of work in commercial and residential design. Partnership possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Design structures and layouts for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
• Create project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop construction documentation including sketches, drawings, specifications, and design analyses.
• Provide construction support including review of bids/proposals, response to requests for information, and on-site quality check-ins.
• Provide progress reports. Engage with clients, engineers, construction managers, vendors, and regulating bodies throughout the design/build process.
• Develop & grow Architectural department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• Florida Architectural Registration required.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• In-depth knowledge of Florida architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• LEED accreditation a plus.
