MEP ENGINEER

Location: South Florida

Experience: 3-5 years minimum

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems of buildings. Fluency in REVIT is a plus. Partnership possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project specifications.
• Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial buildings.
• Understand and navigate the building and permitting process.
• Prepare building plans, complying with local codes and regulations.
• Create designs and drawings with AutoCAD MEP and REVIT.
• Generate HVAC energy and load calculations.
• Recommend repairs and remediation, as necessary.
•  Prepare project reports and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Florida P.E.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering required. B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering required.  
• Experience with AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction or related engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple projects.
